I feel the other inside my own body.
When we breathe together, something changes: time slows, space softens,
and life vibrates as one organism.
These vibrations are my Tensional Selves — different ways of feeling myself be.
Each one responds to the information offered by the environment:
a gesture, a word, a silence, a glance.
When information is shared and valued by the group,
an invisible field of trust and beauty emerges —
the beauty of feeling collectivity,
the wonder that Giorgio Parisi described in complex systems:
order arising spontaneously from chaos.
But when information is distorted, synchrony collapses.
Each body vibrates at its own frequency, and the group fragments.
Belonging dissolves — and with it, perceptual sovereignty.
To belong is to dance within the same information.
Chaos is noise; harmony is shared consciousness.

Tensional Selves are dynamic patterns of interoceptive and proprioceptive activity, synchronized by common information and modulated by the autonomic nervous system.
Information valued collectively acts as a neural attractor, reorganizing distributed connectomes (insula, vmPFC, anterior cingulate, and precuneus).
As in Parisi’s complex systems, small local interactions generate global coherence — an emergent state of collective belonging.
The perception of beauty and social harmony activates dopaminergic and opioid reward circuits, reinforcing cooperative learning and social homeostasis.
When information is manipulated (polarization, fear, distrust), coherence is lost: the system falls into a state of chaotic meta-stability, where Zones 1 and 3 replace Zone 2.
Cognitive sovereignty means keeping society at the critical edge between order and chaos —
